Harmful Assumptions

Respecting the diversity of the heritage, language, identity and culture of learners, their families and whānau, means recognising the diversity between cultures but also within a culture.

Harmful assumptions explores stereotypes, how racial stereotyping impacts learners, their sense of self-worth and their achievement, and what steps can be taken to resist and unteach them.
