Low Self-Belief

Teachers understand that they have a role in fostering a society whose members have a clear sense of identity and belonging. They strive to ensure that every learner has the support they need to be able to reach their full potential.

Low self-belief explores internalised or intrapersonal racism, how it impacts learners in Aotearoa New Zealand and what teachers can do to cultivate positive associations for their learners about their identity, to challenge the negative messages society is teaching.
